- Number of employees: 80
- Main activities: Production, logistics, and delivery of in-flight meals and services to airline partners
- Key clients: United Airlines, LATAM Airlines, EgyptAir, Saudia Airlines
- Airline catering unit serving major international airlines, with a team of 80 employees.
Responsibilities:
Gather and review of the documentation/voucher for the invoice

Invoicing control and invoicing establishment in the Newrest System

Integration of the invoices in the accounting system

In contract with operation and the commerce team

Bank reconciliation and customer ageing review

Collaborate on the Internal Audit to ensure adherence to Group standards and regulations

Support the accounting team with monthly closings, reporting, and financial reviews
Profil
- Recent graduate or student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, auditing, and accounting practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus.
