Responsibilities:

• Gather and review of the documentation/voucher for the invoice

• Invoicing control and invoicing establishment in the Newrest System

• Integration of the invoices in the accounting system

• In contract with operation and the commerce team

• Bank reconciliation and customer ageing review

• Collaborate on the Internal Audit to ensure adherence to Group standards and regulations

• Support the accounting team with monthly closings, reporting, and financial reviews

• Recent graduate or student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, auditing, and accounting practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus.
