Mission
§ Winrest Data Capturing and Analysis
§ Assist in Recipe calculation as done in accordance with global standards and internal guidelines/requirements.
§ Assist in Conduct menu costing with respect to airline’s request.
§ Monthly and Periodically Winrest Data report through the Winrest Lead
§ Improving the usage of operational tools on the production floor e.g., Winrest Tablet, etc.
§ Assist in Monthly forecast for resources to be utilized in the production processes.
§ Prepare daily kitchen production plan and KPI and follow up report.
§ Managing & following Winrest KPI on daily basis
§ Reviewing & managing database integrity
§ Analyze waste monthly and make recommendations on waste reduction strategies.
§ Leading new projects linked to our systems
§ Assist in carrying out regular checklist for all airlines and efficient Data utilization & presentation.
§ Supporting departments managers for new/updated process on the floor linked to Winrest (training, refresher).
§ Practice proper grooming, personal hygiene, and use safety equipment.
§ Compliance with all company standards, food safety requirements, health, safety, and environment procedures
§ Any others task as determine feet by Winrest Lead.Profil
§ Knowledge of Data Analysis and presentation skills of the production workflow and rules
§ Possess 2 years’ relevant experience in an airline hospitality industry.
§ HND or equivalent qualifications business related or similar courses.
§ Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
§ Working knowledge of inventory management
§ Highly skilled in numeric and possesses analytical skill.
§ Working knowledge of food safety practice and procedure
§ Effective communication skill
