ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Managed store land side/Either Air side:
- Warm welcome with Cambodian Greeting Word.
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service with the goal of up selling on each order.
- Always attentive to guests’ needs and problems, taking necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction within the parameters of authority assigned to the position.
- Oversee both front of house operations, including service staff, kitchen crew.
- Oversee our service/kitchen staff’s compliance with all QHSE rules and regulations.
- Acting as service cashier when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ experience.
- Work with staff for future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
- Manage the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff.
- Provide service to all guests in accordance to established standards of quality.
- Report for work in time in proper uniform and well groomed.
- Ensure all operating supplies and equipments are spotless.
- Assist in keeping back of house areas clean (Counter).
- Familiar with all restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training, safety and security.
- Understand the importance of service mindedness, exhibiting courtesy toward all guests.
- Overview on site activities such as:
- Check quality control & stock update.
- Check taste and quality of daily meals.
- Check & follow Hygiene, cleanness & tiding standards and oversee corrective actions when requested by QHSE.
- Ensure proper usage of operating supplies and equipment to reduce misuse and breakage.
- Actively participate in-group sessions to assist management with the quality enhancement of product and service to achieve optimum levels of guest satisfaction.
Perfil
- Must be Cambodian and speak KHMER fluently.
- Previous Experience as a in Industrial Catering/Restaurant environment. 1-2 years minimum.
- Excellent knowledge standards QHSE.
- Experiences in using Stock Management system.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Well organized, attention to details.
- Able to listen and to interact with customers & top executives’ clients, handling positive and negative feedbacks.
- Language: Khmer, Fluent in English (spoken); Chinese desirable.
- Flexible and able and willing to work extra hours and weekends, public holidays and evenings when required to meet seasonal, event and visitor demands.
- Living within reasonable travelling distance to the Phnom Penh airport or New airport.
