Our Germany Operations

Your role:
- We are looking for an HR Assistant M/F/D
- You will report to the HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department in day-to-day activities
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documentation
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, confirmation letters, references, and termination letters
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with GDPR and German labor regulations
- Support time tracking and attendance management using HR systems
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant employee data and documentation
- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding general HR-related questions and company policies
- Support the organization of training sessions and employee development initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of personnel records
Profile
Your Profile:
- Completed degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an HR department, ideally within Germany; knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
- Experience in administrative HR processes, ideally within an international company
- High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR software is an advantage
- Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Based in or near Kelsterbach or willing to relocate
