The Logistics Coordinator play a vital role in coordinating daily flight catering operations, assigning driver routes, monitoring real-time progress, and communicating any aircraft or gate changes to keep everything running smoothly. He will serve as the communication bridge between drivers, ramp supervisors, and airline partners to ensure all flights are serviced accurately and on schedule. Supervisory and Management

• Work with the team of dispatchers.
• Motivate and inspire team members to perform above expectations.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed per Newrest and client's requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all crew members and team members.
• Hold team members accountable for all expectations.

Operations/Logistics

• Ensure proper transmission of information regarding the production program and flight program of our clients using computer software.
• Coordinate and monitor the timely and efficient catering of flights according to daily flight schedules.

• Enter all necessary information in the computer system upon receipt of client orders (e.g., email, fax) following the contractual procedures. 
• Track drivers in real time using dispatch software to confirm on-time performance and address any route or timing issues.
• Communicate proactively with Drivers, Ramp Supervisors, Control Center, and airline crews regarding delays, callbacks, or last-minute updates.
• Ensure flight after control are confirmed. 
• Ensure business relationships with our client. 
• Comply with safety rules and safety regulations within the company. 

• Properly utilize and comply with all relative technology provided to complete daily functions. 
• Follow all current and new operation procedures. 
• Communicate to leadership if a safety risk is presented. 
• Understand and be aware of the rapidly changing work environment. 
• Be diligent, punctual, and reliable 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma preferred 
• Previous experience required (aviation, transportation, or logistics background preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze schedules and manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance will be required.
