Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases (ATS)
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting

Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
