Profil

Required Responsibilities

·                      Ensure proper monitoring of procedures within the department.

·                      Liaise between handling service and food service.

·                      Supervise meal production by menus from datasheets, evaluate or control, and have corrections if necessary.

·                      Oversee manufacturing techniques (cooking, setting up, training)

·                      Enforce hygiene and food safety rules.

·                      Track non-conformities related to food safety and hygiene.

·                      Empower staff to ensure the cleanliness of premises and equipment.

·                      Monitoring the effectiveness of late afternoon cleaning

·                      Inventory Management

·                      Supervise storage of materials stocks

·                      Other job duties may be assigned based on operational need

 

Education/Experience Requirements

·          At least a year of experience leading a team

·          Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

·          Ability to stand for long periods.

·          Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·          Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability

The role of a Production Lead at Newrest is physically demanding. You must stand, walk, talk, listen regularly, and use your hands to handle or feel. The work environment will be in a Kitchen, with temperatures ranging from room temperature to very cold and noise levels varying from moderate to very loud.
