Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

• Manage and update employee files and HR databases.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth handling of personnel-related matters.

• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and statistics.

• Coordinate and monitor employee training programs, in collaboration with departmental managers.

• Support onboarding processes and continuous employee development initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field

• Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken).

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team spirit, adaptability, and effective communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
