Görev
Business Strategy, Policies and Tools
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc)
- Ensure the availability of necessary reporting and planning tools (e.g. IT-reporting systems, Commercial/ Sales manual etc.),
- Coordinate and manage issues of strategic nature as it affects the business and its bottom line.
- Update all profit & loss (P&L) sheets on all contracts as required.
- Resolve work-related issues as it affects the business and its bottom-line
Commercial
- As the commercial manager in the subsidiary, you are the interface between our customers and the internal team
- Review and recommend operational processes for economic and efficient service delivery.
- Implement commercial planning process in coordination with the standard procedures of cross-functional departments.
- Ensure all service deliveries are accurately invoiced through weekly and monthly reconciliation with invoicing department.
- Conduct evaluation of key account commercial plans by generating forecasts from historical data.
- Interpret commercial reports and derive recommendations to discuss with the General Manager and CFO for adoption.
- Carry out all activities as directed the commercial Director in relation to contract management process by monitoring any legal and compliance issues arising from service delivery to customer/ clients.
- Steer the internal documentation process on all matters with Commercial & Marketing implications. These include the Board Approval/Information process, data and information to ad hoc reports for internal and external recipients, contribution to Board Meetings, Strategy Meetings, etc.
- Provide support on all activities related to Customer Care programs and develop a feedback system to assess the level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead & provide strategic support on Chef Table presentations and ensure customer’s recommendation and expectations are understood and implemented
- Provide support on airline audit, prepare stakeholders for audits and communicate all action points to responsible stakeholders
Airport Operations (Lounges, Bars & Retail Stores)
- Conduct regular reviews of operational systems, policies and processes to ensure effective, economic and efficient service delivery.
- Carryout continuous risk assessment on operations and procedures to ensure company is minimally risk exposed at all times.
- Conduct regular meetings with sectional team leads to ensure operational congruence with overall objectives.
- Coordinate lounge operations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through best-in-class service delivery.
- Design and implement strategies to increase sales of RDF store and Bar/ Restaurants.
- Ensure compliance with all ‘standard operating procedures’ and all other statutory and regulatory provisions for operations at the international airport.
- Coordinate operational distribution of staff to ensure optimal utilization of manpower for efficient service delivery.
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Profil
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or customer services positions
- Experience in catering & hospitality companies is mandatory
- A previous experience on Airlines customer services is appreciated
- Customer focus, empathy, negotiation skills, constancy, work under pressure, results oriented
