Scope and general purpose
- To coordinate personnel logistics and ensure proper rotation of staff on operation sites
Main Duties
- Crew change management
- Scheduling rotation of staff on each operation site taking into account client’s requirement, operation management needs, and HR policies
- Coordination of personnel transportation in country
- Coordination of personnel transportation overseas
- Update of OSCAR database (Travel Pass) Administrative duties
- Maintain up to date the HR, medical and training databases (BOSIET, MDET, …)
- Schedule appointments for certification of staff (Medical and training) Other
- Remaining available for emergencies related to crew change management:
Weekdays: anytime
Weekend: once every 4 weekends
Follow the HSE Policy and meet the requirements of the organization’s Management System, which is compliant to international standards for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System.
To report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses observed.
Additional duties
- Any other assignments given occasionally or daily by immediate superior or management.
Profil
Highly organized and detail-oriented Personnel Logistics Coordinator with proven experience in managing the efficient mobilization, scheduling and support of personnel across local and international assignments. Skilled in coordinating travel logistics, ensuring compliance with labor and immigration regulations and maintaining accurate records of workforce deployment. Adept at working in fast-paced environments, handling last minute changes and communicating effectively with diverse teams. Proficient in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
