Görev
- Monitoring and maintenance of the company buildings and outdoor facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
- Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance work and technical checks.
- Control and management of building services, such as heating, air conditioning and lighting.
- Liaising with external service providers and tradesmen for larger maintenance and repair jobs.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Supporting relocations and internal remodelling work.
- Regularly checking the facilities for defects and proactively rectifying them.
- Managing and monitoring consumables and ordering them as required.
Profil
- Ideally experience in building management, building services or as a caretaker:
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Basic knowledge in dealing with technical building systems.
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new technical systems.
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
- Knowledge of German is required, knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Resident in Frankfurt or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to work flexibly at both locations if required.
