Your main missions will be :

Operations & Stock Management

  • Organize and plan the work of storekeepers
  • Control and optimize daily operations in terms of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Ensure proper storage of goods in order to facilitate the outflow of stock
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks
  • Monitor deadlines for food consumption
  • Conduct inventories of stocks every weekenD

Supply Coordination & Planning

  • Communicate with the Supply Chain Manager (CSM) on stock levels to manage orders and avoid stock-outs
  • Place orders for resupply
  • Monitor the new items to be created in WINFLIGHT
  • Oversee updates of orders, receipt of goods, and input of invoices in WINFLIGHT

Logistics & Process Optimization

  • Organize linen flows with the service provider
  • Manage waste

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and security standards

Perfil

Profile
  • Education and/or expertise in the food industry 
  • Knowledge of airline catering is a real asset.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (WINFLIGHT is an asset)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
