Missão

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be responsible for:

  • Check the assigned order according to latest passenger figures in all relevant departments
  • Conduct all necessary checks to determine missing items
  • Complete the assigned order in accordance with operational times in place
  • Co-ordinate loading teams on loading bay, on board the aircraft and on the apron
  • Handover checked and loaded order to relevant cabin crew
  • Liase with dispatch department with regards to last minute changes and actual arrival and departure times of aircrafts
  • Ensure all safety rules and regulations are adhering too by drivers 7 loaders of your respective team.  Be safety vigilant
  • Advise cabin crew on equipment, food, packing and loading instructions, product and service changes
  • Support management with regards to recording services rendered, alterations, customer complaints and customer feedback when necessary.
  • Complete all flight paperwork in good time as scheduled. Labels must be done as per schedule for each airline.
  • Ensure successful execution of last minute orders from airline representatives
  • Supervise all truck clocking maneuvers to the aircraft and supervise loading and offloading equipment
  • Complete and submit all flight documentation including flight logs and CCP records(Dispatch temperatures)
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and other regulations
  • Ensure on time and accurate departure of catering to all flights.
  • Ensure that the Daily Box times are met
  • Ensure that the Daily CCP records are completed accurately and timeously
  • Any other reasonable task that may be required by management

Perfil

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Certificate Business Administrations
  • Must have a Code 8/10 Drivers licence

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

SKLLS

  • Ability to work and perform under significant pressure
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and
  • manage time effectively
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Hygiene procedure focus
