Perfil
Required Responsibilities
· Read, understand, and follow customer orders to retrieve items from the warehouse accurately.
· This position requires communicating effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
· Obtain the flight build instructions from the O2P printer.
· Place the trolleys together per flight according to the O2P instructions.
· Push the trolleys from the WIP line to the appropriate flight group.
· Ensure the appropriate provisions, carriers, and other items are in and on the carts per the instructions.
· Raise awareness of any missing items in trolleys.
· Escalate concerns to the supervisor to ensure trolleys are filled promptly and correctly.
· Follow all process control documentation.
· Follow all food safety, health and safety, company rules and standards.
· Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position.
· Other job duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
Education/Experience Requirements
· Must be able to read English.
· Must know the specs and requirements of most items in the department.
· Must have good attention to detail.
· Ability to work quickly and safely.
· Ability to know how one’s performance affects the areas before and after you.
· Ability to read and speak to understand instructions from supervisors and co-workers.
· Ability to lift items/packages (up to 50 lbs)

The role of the Flight Builder at Newrest is physically demanding. You must stand, walk, talk, listen regularly, and use your hands to handle or feel. You must also lift, push, and move up to 50 pounds. The work environment will be in an open warehouse, with temperatures ranging from room temperature to very hot and noise levels varying from moderate to very loud.
