About the role:

As a Team-leader Pick&Pack, you play a key role in ensuring that every flight departs with perfectly prepared and accurately packed catering suppplies. you lead and motivate your tream in a dynamic inflight catering environment where timing, quality and precision are critical.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate the Pick&Pack team on a daily basis with your manager.
• Provide training to new employees
• Ensure accurate, timely and efficient picking and packing of inflight supplies.
• Monitor quality, hygiene and safety standards according to aviation regulations
• coordinate workloads and staffing to meet strict flight schedules
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues on the floor
• Handle administrative tasks, including staff planning, schedule changes and attendance tracking 

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Team-Leader or supervisor in logistics, catering or production
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to perform under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
• high attention to detail and quality awareness
• Flexibility to work (including weekend days)
• Good command of the English language
• Residency in the Netherlands
