Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain employee files (physical and digital).
- Assist in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, joining letters, and experience letters.
- Update and maintain employee records in HR databases or spreadsheets.
- Help with scanning, printing, and emailing HR documents.
- Compile documents for audits or compliance purposes.
- Support onboarding by preparing document packets for new employees.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of all HR records.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Perfil
- Education in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attendance, diligence, punctuality, discretion, confidentiality, and reliability
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and support various HR functions..
