Missão

Menu design with production management

Allergen management

Nutrition plan, animation, and reporting

Local content management

Menu cycle development;

Menu validation: internal (chef) & external (client);

Implementation of awareness-raising activities on websites (events, presentations, etc.);

Awareness campaigns (World Health Day, Flavor Week, etc.);

Dietary advice for clients

Implementation of Newrest group activities;

Creation of themed menus with technical sheets;

Creation and monitoring of waste weighing;

Responsible for the quality of service, presentation, and food

Work in the kitchen with the teams (fat reduction, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, etc.)

 Responsible for the customer satisfaction process (compilation and analysis of customer satisfaction records, compilation of complaints and congratulations from clients)

 Compliance with the contract in terms of scope of work

Winrest Management

 Menus / recipes / integration of nutritional information by item at Winrest

 Allergen traceability at Winrest: from the purchase book to service (label)

 Allergen traceability in the workplace, identification, segregation, communications, and training.

 Help plan the menu

 Choose the menu of the month based on the photos and quality of the dishes served.
