The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling drivers to the appropriate flights for catering. This position requires a lot of multi-tasking and coordination in a loud and potentially warm or cold environment. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure proper transmission of information regarding the production program and flight program of our clients using computer software.
• Enter all necessary information in the computer system upon receipt of client orders (e.g., email, fax) following the contractual procedures.
• Ensure flight after control is confirmed. 
• Ensure business relationships with our clients.
• Control delivery notes.
• Comply with safety rules and safety regulations within the company.
• Properly utilize and comply with all relative technology provided to complete daily functions.
• Follow all current and new operation procedures.
• Communicate to leadership if a safety risk is presented. 
• Accommodate job tasks requested by leadership.
• Understand and be aware of the rapidly changing work environment.
• Be diligent, punctual, and reliable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
