Newrest Hellas, a leading provider in catering and integrated food services management, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in the role of:

Office Dispatch Coordinator Location: Spata, Athens

• Process and manage daily orders according to flight schedules and operational priorities

• Maintain continuous communication and coordination with airline clients to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of their needs

• Monitor and update data using the company’s ERP system

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and information accuracy

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• Previous experience or knowledge of ERP systems is highly desirable

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (five-day work week, including weekends and variable shifts)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
