Missão

·       Monitor & drive at country level compliance with company policies and standards in relation to health & safety, hygiene/food safety/quality & environment standards ·       Implement as required group standards, procedures and documents, as well as customers´specifc requirements ·       Lead new certification implementations (according to ISO or customers standards) ·       Maintain existing certifications, with the objective to drive improvement ·       Reports n the performance of the quality & food safety management system and on opportunities for improvement, in particular overall management ·       Ensure that the integrity of the quality & food safety management system is maintained when changes are planned and implemented ·       Ensure customer focus promotion across the organization ·       Make product safety labelling and safety data sheets ·       Monitoring of activities and maintenance of risk assessments ·       Conduct quality, health, safety, environment audits ·       Ensure constant updating of the data in relation to legislation and requirements in the areas of quality, health, safety and environment ·       Conduct investigation of incidents / accidents with necessary records and reports ·       Promote awareness of quality, health safety and the environment through meetings and training ·       Provide necessary support and identify training needs and requirements in the area of safety and quality ·       Carry out the management of non-conformities and corrective actions ·       Lead by example and strictly comply with the rules, instructions and standards (including Newrest Non Negotiables) of occupational health and safety and environmental fire  prevention management and contribute to avoid risks that could endanger your safety, partners , third parties, and employer, facilities and materials ·       Ensure compliance with customer and company safety rules and appropriate use of PPE ·       Be aware and transmit to the team the commitment to environmental management policy ·       Participate in collaboration with the QHSE Manager in leading and training the staff of the QHSE team.
