We’re looking for a Trainee Customer Account Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts, coordinating operational requirements and ensuring a seamless experience through to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Managing customer accounts and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinating customer requirements with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitoring projects and operational activities to ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
- Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Preparing reports, quotations, and account updates.
- Supporting business growth through excellent customer engagement and account development.
Profil
- What We’re Looking For - Essential Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, customer coordination, customer service desirable not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Full right to work in the UK (where applicable).
