Mission
The Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of airline catering equipment, meals, and supplies to and from aircraft. The individual will load and unload catering trucks, verify that all items are complete and meet quality standards, operate company vehicles safely in accordance with airport regulations, and provide professional customer service while coordinating with airline personnel and internal teams to ensure on-time flight departures.
Load and unload of all services / merchandise
- Make deliveries on track or any other point of sale respecting delivery times and safety rules.
- Check the conformity of the number of trolleys and cabinets to be delivered before loading
- Ensure loading the products into vehicles according to airline galley plan
- Ensure timely delivery as per contract and guidelines
- Secure all products before delivery to the aircraft by sealing material (truck)
- Ensure compliance of loading according to the procedures in place.
- Fill the various security documents (certificate ...), safety and HACCP
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Respecting traffic regulations and safety requirement
- Follow the procedures for health, safety and security
- Be a team player
- Airside Vehicle Operators Permits (AVOPs), Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
Profil
- Valid Driving License or Valid D License
- Diver's Air-side license (DA);
- AVOP Security Pass;
- Clean driving record;
- Ability to pass all required airport security clearance
- Dexterity to lift and maneuver loads (45 lbs+ / 20 kg+)
- Ability to read in English, write in English, speak in English
- Good knowledge of HACCP (training will be provided otherwise)
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends (depending on assigned shift)
