Our activities in Frankfurt

• Approx. 200 employees
• Inflight catering – production of meals for more than 100 flights per week
• Key customers: United, EgyptAir, Saudia Airlines, LATAM, among others
• Location: Kelsterbach

Your responsibilities

Quality & Food Safety

• Lead and continuously develop quality and food safety systems in line with company standards
• Responsibility for the HACCP concept, internal audits, and food safety plans
• Ensure compliance with all legal and customer-specific requirements
• Oversee Halal certification, traceability systems, and recall simulations
• Support the implementation of digital tools (Winrest)

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and processes
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all teams
• Implement environmental initiatives to reduce CO₂ footprint and improve sustainability performance

Operations & Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Prepare for and support external audits (authorities, customers, certification bodies)
• Manage QHSE documentation and reporting
• Handle customer complaints and supplier-related QHSE matters, including allergen management

Training & Leadership

• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on QHSE standards
• Motivate teams and sustainably embed a strong QHSE culture
• Monitor and report relevant KPIs to management
• Support operational teams in continuous improvement initiatives

Additional tasks may be assigned by your direct supervisor or management as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar QHSE role, ideally in the food industry
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 22000, 9001, 45001, 14001) as well as IFS is an advantage
• Experience in conducting audits and regulatory inspections

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• High resilience, flexibility, and adaptability
