Mission
Newrest Hellas, a member of the international Newrest Group, a global leader in catering and hospitality services for airlines, shipping companies, and industrial sites, is seeking a Data Entry professional to join its Commercial Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and correct commercial data and information in the Winrest system.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data related to products, price lists, customers, and contracts.
- Collaborate daily with other departments (Finance, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth information flow and data integrity.
- Monitor changes in commercial agreements and update the system accordingly.
- Support the Commercial team with Excel reports, data analysis, and administrative tasks
Profil
- University or Technological Institute graduate, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or IT.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data management).
- Familiarity with ERP or commercial management systems (e.g. Winrest, SAP, SoftOne)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and multitasking ability.
- Team spirit, organization skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
