Mission
You will work under the responsibility of the General Manager of Newrest in Mexico.
You will lead the position of Deputy General Manager for global perimeter of Newrest in Mexico.
Your main tasks will be:
- Stabilize our operations in the country as part of the integration of the newly acquired subsidiary,
- Develop our business volume in the country, in accordance with the strategy set by the VP and the Mexican General Management,
- Strengthen existing partnerships with our various clients to consolidate our market position,
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations signed between Newrest and the client, as well as client satisfaction,
- Ensure the economic sustainability of operations and the monitoring of procurement costs and payroll according to group standards,
- Guarantee the implementation and application of HACCP procedures,
- Ensure the proper supply of sites and define an effective purchasing policy,
- Ensure the application of Group procedures and standards on sites (operations, finance, purchasing, storage, QHSE, etc.),
- Organize and manage teams, operational units, the supply chain, and production teams,
- Ensure, through regular visits Appropriate sites and controls, and the proper execution of defined actions,
- Oversee the recruitment process according to budgets,
- Develop teams (training, development) with the objective of improving service quality, performance, responsiveness, and sales growth,
- Ensure the proper use of Winrest according to Group standards,
- Maintain a positive social climate, implement and develop existing agreements

Profil
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a managing level ideally in the field of catering site and B&I
- English and spanish fluent
- Implement procedures of rationalization, control and reporting
- Analyze results, offer and implement remedial action (through detailed action plans, quantified and followed)
- Excellent communication skills (customers, suppliers, clents, employees ...)
