Mission
- Set up the station completely with the appropriate utensils and equipment, as per company guidelines to maintain the high standard control, hygiene, health and safety.
- Prepare and serve high quality Sandwich / shawarma following approved standard recipe and presentation.
- Ensure that Sandwich/ shawarma portion and temperature are as of high-quality standard.
- Monitor food stock on assigned station including the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Maintain the sanitation of workstation always assigned.
- To ensure that all equipment and materials are not left in dangerous state.
- To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed, and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported.
- To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE meetings.
- Daily Supply requisitions.
- To ensure proper grooming and hygiene.
- To sort out stores and maintain stores including, vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner.
- To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.
Profil
- Minimum three years’ experience as Sandwich Maker with start hotels, Guest Houses, Clubs, Lodging and Boarding, Institutes, Hospitals, Weddings & Functions Catering Contractor.
- Able to communicate in English & Arabic.
