Mission
Main Duties
• Greetings all guests, provide eye contact, and warm greetings, engage in pleasant hospitality during every interaction, and provide a thank you for each transaction.
• Making recommendations by providing information about menu items, specials, and beverage options and using an upselling technique.
• Stock breakroom areas throughout the building.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a good manner.
• Periodically check on different areas throughout the establishment to ensure stock levels
• Replenish breakrooms as necessary • Organizing and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Collaborating with other staff members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicating any issues or special requests from customers to relevant team members.
• Managing a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and adapting to changing customer needs.
• Help with the set up on the buffet.
• Assist kitchen if required.
• Keep the break room area clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Assist in general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards in food handling and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Scope and general purpose
Scans items to ensure prices and quantities are correct assists those who need help or advice on products and handles returns and exchanges when, if necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
• Work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
