Mission

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary standards.
  • Collaborate with dietitians to create patient-specific meal plans.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and perform regular inventory checks.
  • Serve meals in a timely manner and accommodate special dietary needs.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in safe food-handling practices.
  • Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes.

Profil

Responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a hospital setting. They work closely with dietitians to adhere to specific dietary restrictions and ensure food safety standards are met. The role includes planning menus, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
