Mission

  • Monitor supply chain strategies aligning with global market trends,
  • In corporation with the Purchase Manager to source, engage and evaluate with suppliers and manufactures, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery,
  • Oversee the company's purchasing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods at optimal prices. 
  • Supervise inventory, maintaining the balance between optimal stock levels and minimized holding costs,
  • Analyze and refine supply chain procurement costs, highlighting avenues for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements,
  • Work in tandem with key internal stakeholders to project demand, ensuring the readiness of the supply chain,
  • Spearhead initiatives that foster supply chain and procurement efficiency, agility, and sustainability,
  • Ensure that purchases are made on time.
  • Cost management: buying the right products in the right quantities, etc. 
  • Ensures that deliveries are in line with orders placed.
  • Manage the supply chain organization, including the warehouse in the unit in Frankfurt.

Profil

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in aviation catering or logistics.

  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, declarations, and dispute resolution processes.

  • Demonstrated leadership in team supervision, training, and workforce management.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.

  • Fluent in German; English proficiency is essential.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
