Mission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 · Preferably local person with experience in food industry and catering will be an added advantage.

SSIST in preparation of lead Negotiations, sourcing process and use of different Negotiation tactics

·         Performance management of suppliers to ensure delivery on time in full

·         Manage suppliers to ensure right-first-time quality

· Assist in supporting cross-functionally for indirect procurement across Equipment, Operations Services, Facilities, and others as required

·        Assist in identifying opportunities to implement cost reduction projects for the Company.

·         Adherence to legal and environmental aspects associated with food and packaging to ensure compliance.

· Understanding all internal and external stakeholder needs.

· Ensuring that safety and security of items is maintained in accordance with Company procedures and regulations.

·         Ensuring that stores are kept in a clean and tidy conducive working environment to avoid Infestation of hazards.

. Ensuring that all Store records are entered in an orderly manner, kept and stored safely.

·         Ensures maximum utilization of space storage in an economic and efficient manner.

Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, CIPS- level 4 or Level 5, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in catering companies is mandatory
  • English fluent
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • The candidate must have a strong drive for results

  • Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement environment

  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) Knowledge

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
