Mission
Newrest is looking for an Operations Admin-Winrest who will be responsible for updating the Newrest ERP system to meet customer's specification.
Job overview and responsibilities
- Create/Update data on Newrest's ERP system according to customer specifications (This task represent 80% of the position)
- Be a direct support for the Newrest's ERP Referer
- Communication with other departments (Mail, Radio, Phone)
- Enter data into excel spreadsheets and generate reports
- Review data for accuracy
- Import Customer's files on Newrest's Operational system
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Profil
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly within Excel, being able to create spreadsheets.
- Able to create memos, email grammatically correct and professional
- Ability to work with a diversified work force
- Able to handle multiple assignments
- Planning and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and attention to detail and to quality
- Must work under stringent time deadlines
- Attendance requirements for current active employees
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to work any shift in a 24/7 week, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Inflight catering a big plus
