Mission

§  Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance

§  Verification of chillers and freezer temperature for compliance

§         Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for laboratory analysis

§  Obtain Chef Table samples to verify compliance to specification

§            Assist in specific training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements

§            Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight         verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)                                             

§  Verify that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis

Profil

§  Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role.

§  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge.

§  knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.

§  Strong people and process management skills.

§  Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

§  Fluent English, written and spoken.
