Labor

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Deal with all performance, grievance, and Industrial Relations (IR) matters in a legally compliant and professional manner.
  • Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other disciplinary issues.
  • Issue the relevant Disciplinary action and documentation.
  • Arrange, coordinate, and participate in disciplinary hearings.
  • Ensure all IR-related documentation is completed, signed, and filed in employee records.
  • Preparation of Notice to attend a hearing, absconsion, written warnings etc.
  • Notify all necessary people including the employee of the findings.
  • Represent the company at CCMA and Bargaining Council proceedings, in the absence of the HR Manager.
  • Prepare all packs for litigations.
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate polygraph testing.
  • Prepare and send the monthly IR report
  • Must be up to date with current and prevailing labour legislation.

Perfil

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Labour Law.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (advantageous).
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
