Perfil
Key Responsibilities
· Work both independently and as part of a team to support recruiting operations
· Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms and onsite locations
· Provide administrative support related to recruiting activities and hiring processes
· Review and screen applications to ensure alignment with position requirements
· Coordinate, schedule, reschedule, and cancel interviews as needed
· Maintain consistent communication with candidates, including reminders and follow-ups
· Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates
· Communicate hiring decisions, next steps, and required employment disclaimers
· Initiate onboarding by sending required onboarding links and documentation
· Track and monitor onboarding progress to ensure timely completion
· Coordinate and confirm candidate start dates
· Collect, review, and organize required hiring documentation, including SIDA badge paperwork
· Ensure all candidate records and onboarding documents are accurate and complete
· Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in applications and onboarding paperwork
· Drive candidate starts by ensuring all requirements are completed in a timely manner
· Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience
· Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position
· Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs
Education / Experience Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
· Previous recruiting, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
·Skills & Competencies
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·Work Environment
· Must be able to work onsite full-time
· Role involves frequent coordination and communication with candidates and hiring teams
· May require occasional movement between departments to support hiring activities
· Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, and hear
· Frequently required to use hands and reach with arms
· May be required to enter operational or manufacturing areas where:
· Temperatures may be colder
· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
· Noise levels may be higher
