The Role

We are looking for an ambitious HR professional to serve as the number two in our HR function. You will support and deputise for the HR Manager across all areas of HR — from daily operations and employee relations to compliance and people development — building the knowledge and authority to lead the department independently in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the HR Manager in all day-to-day HR operations
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policy and Greek labour law
• Ensure compliance with Greek employment legislation, ERGANI obligations and collective agreements
•  Drive training, performance management and employee development initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, KPIs and workforce analytics for senior management
• Represent the HR function internally in the HR Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, food production or a comparable multi-site operation
•  Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong command of Greek employment law and payroll processes
•  Full professional fluency in Greek and English
• The ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgement and inspire confidence at every level of the organisation
• A leadership mindset — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
