As a Supply Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the unloading of products from incoming freight trucks or vehicles, as well as ensuring that items are moved to the appropriate locations on the production floor, in the freezers, refrigerators, and dry storage areas. You will also ensure that equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts are charged daily and adequately maintained. Operations

·        Provide solutions to problems during transportation, unloading, offloading, or any other process.

·        Enforce safety processes and legal requirements for transportation and other processes.

·        Organize regular audits on the runway and set up corrective action plans as appropriate.

·        Perform maintenance on the fleets and follow up to ensure proper safety maintenance.

·        Place orders with suppliers in the computer system

·        Lead the team in conducting inventories.

·        Train and mentor new employees

·        Check the conformity of services according to customer specifications.

·        Complete traceability documents (e.g., exposure time sheet)

·        Always comply with good hygiene and manufacturing practices

·        Coordinate cleaning, washing, and sanitation of premises by standards.

·        Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position.

·        Other job duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

 

Education/Experience Requirements

·          At least six months of experience utilizing pallet jacks

·          At least six months of sit-down forklift experience

·          At least one year of experience leading a team (Preferably

·          Ability to lift items/packages (up to 50lbs./15 kg)

·          Ability to stand for long periods.

·          Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

·          Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability
