Your role:

  • We are looking for a HR Intern (Unpaid, Potentially Paid Depending on Performance) - M/F/D
  • You will report to the HR Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and employee documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and general HR processes
  • Assist with filing, document preparation, and other HR-related duties
Your Profile:
  • Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Interest in HR processes and German labor law
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills in German; basic English is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
