We are looking to hire a Production Supervisor.

Main responsabilities : 

  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 employees.
  • Train, coach, and onboard new staff members.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non-food services according to client specifications.
  • Verify service trays for compliance with airline and customer requirements.
  • Complete all required traceability and production records (e.g., exposure time sheets).
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene and manufacturing standards (HACCP, FIFO, GMP, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following the established cleaning schedule.
  • Estimate daily team needs (staffing, materials, and equipment) and communicate them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Support other departments when needed, covering absences or workload peaks.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency.
  • Supervise and manage employee break times in compliance with company policy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Perfil

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
  • Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures (training provided if necessary).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required.
