We are looking to hire a Lancement Team Leader.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Billing & Documentation team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Organize and delegate tasks within the team, ensuring workload is balanced and deadlines are met.
- Manage and oversee the billing process for airline customers.
- Enter loading factors for each airline into the WINREST system according to client requirements.
- Verify that delivery notes are accurately completed and ensure their timely submission to the accounting department for processing.
- Ensure all flights are correctly displayed, registered and updated in the company’s software systems.
- Regularly check, validate, and control the accuracy and compliance of all information handled.
- Guarantee accurate communication of production plans and flight schedules through the WINREST software.
- Enter all incoming orders into the system (received via email, fax, or other digital communication tools).
- Follow contractual procedures for each customer and track daily turnover as well as production forecasts for various airlines and departments.
- Coordinate and communicate all order changes or schedule modifications to the relevant departments.
- Ensure that all checked flights are validated daily and again the day before departure.
- Confirm that all adjustments are completed and maintain clear communication with all departments involved.
- Perform daily transmission of operational documents, including delivery notes, tracking sheets, control sheets, and instructions.
- Maintain continuous business and commercial relationships with airline clients.
- Provide, one day before flight departure, all necessary layouts, distribution plans, and printed labels for each flight.
- Communicate new procedures and updated information from airlines to drivers and all production departments (bond, cutlery, food production, etc.).
Perfil
- A first experience in team leader role is apprecied
- Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
- Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English..
