Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a central role in ensuring the reliability, quality, and efficiency of the catering operation. Your responsibilities include:

• Representing Newrest as the primary operational contact for airline clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless service delivery.

• Conducting final quality and compliance checks for catering services prepared for each flight.

• Overseeing the accurate and timely dispatch of catering to aircraft or client facilities, ensuring operational precision at all stages.

• Leading, coordinating, and supervising the operational team assigned to your shift, promoting performance, discipline, and teamwork.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all Security and Safety procedures required in an airport environment.

We are seeking professionals with strong operational awareness and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand aviation setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in operations or logistics (aviation sector is an advantage).

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with operational management systems.

• Advanced command of the English language, enabling fluent communication with international partners.

• Leadership capabilities, team coordination experience, and strong organizational skills.

• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and commitment to meeting operational targets.

• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and capacity to handle unexpected challenges typical of airport activity.

• Ability to create, manage, and adjust workforce schedules according to operational requirements.

• Availability to work on rotating shifts.
