Newrest Hellas, one of the leading companies in catering and inflight services in Greece, is currently looking for a Cook with experience in Indian and East Asian cuisine to join our production team in Spata, near the Athens International Airport.

We are seeking a passionate and reliable professional who enjoys preparing authentic, high-quality dishes and can work efficiently in a large-scale, multicultural kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook Indian and East Asian dishes according to company recipes and standards.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures (HACCP).

• Work closely with kitchen supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.

• Guarantee consistent taste, portioning, and presentation quality.

• Support the continuous improvement of recipes and production processes through teamwork and creativity.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate of a culinary school or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Indian or East Asian cuisine (restaurants, catering, or hotels).

• Solid knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.

• Good communication skills in English (Greek language knowledge will be considered an asset).

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability.
