Labor
To efficiently coordinate
the activities involving service quality, employee health, occupational & food
safety and facility environmental practices. This is both an onshore and
offshore assignment.
Main Duties:
- Ensure that the company’s QHSE policy is communicated to all employees.
- Follow the HSE Policy and meet the requirements of the organization’s Management System, which is compliant to international standards for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System.
- Complete monthly Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections and other inspections assigned to specified sites.
- Communication of all incidents and accidents, consolidation of event details and assist in investigation of minor incidents.
- Collect data for Quality, Food Safety and Health & Safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as microbiology, culture, digitalization, accidents, incidents, and observation cards.
- Assist the QHSE Director and other department heads in root cause analyses for incidents and/or accidents.
- Coordinate and conduct Food Hygiene, Health, Safety & Environmental training sessions for new and existing employees as per schedule such as Health & Safety at work, Food hygiene, first aid and defensive driving (as applicable).
- Conduct monthly HACCP Audits of assigned sites
- Maintain the Training Progress Dashboard for employee training hours.
- Conduct weekly reviews of QHSE performance for assigned sites (including but not limited to Gemba walks, HACCP BlankDocs, Quality checklists, Bluetooth thermometer usage, Winrest performance, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate the medical screening process for all new and existing employees. Ensuring that all employees have all valid medical certificates required for work.
- Upload Medical certificates to client Offshore Passport portal.
- Conducting internal verification of all thermometers and scales at assigned sites.
- Monthly review of PPE inventory at sites
- Coordination of Occupational Safety & Health Committee meeting. Includes scheduling meetings, ensuring agenda is prepared and shared to attendees and maintaining the minutes of meetings.
- Make recommendations for continual improvement and support improvement initiatives the company undertakes.
- To attend meetings or training courses as required.
- To motivate staff to maintain all safe procedures to achieve QHSE Targets and objectives.
- To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by actively participating in all HSE meetings.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by your manager.
- To schedule and maintain records of pest control activities.
- To schedule maintenance and maintain records for safety critical equipment
Perfil
- High School diploma or higher education in relevant science discipline.
- Certificate or internal training in HACCP, Food Safety or Health & Safety, HACCP, ServeSafe or NEBOSH equivalent would be an advantage.
