Our Graduate Program is a fast-track 12-month program designed to support high-potential young talents in developing their skills and taking on responsibilities.
A true career accelerator, our Graduate Program combines hands-on operational experience, structured skills development, and close support (mentoring, HR follow-up, regular feedback). Graduates are fully immersed in key business challenges and actively contribute to high value-added projects.
Your role:
- Transport planning and daily operations
- Carrier and supplier coordination
- Route optimization between the units and the Airport
- Delivery Performance
- Communication between relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Planning of shifts, vacation, compensation for sickness etc.
- Process improvement and operational efficiency
- Recruitment of drivers
- Data analysis and KPI reporting and follow up
- Planning of the maintenance and repair of equipment in collaboration with the duty managers
- Participating in, together with the department manager and deputy department manager in the daily management duties.
- Management training.
- Participating in the day-to-day hands on operation of the Transportation Department.

Profile
Recently graduated from a Business College, University or Business School in areas like Logistics, SCM, Business, Engineering etc.
- Are analytical, structured and eager to learn
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days follow the same route.
- Flexible and ready to change priorities according to needs in the environment
- Ability to handle more tasks at a time
- Communicate confidently in English verbally and in writing.
- Enjoy collaboration and building strong relationships
- Have a proactive mindset and curiosity to explore new directions.
