The Newrest Group, a specialist in out-of-home catering, is seeking a Junior QHSE Manager for its Graduate Program. A recent graduate with a degree in Food Science or a general engineering background, you are looking for an international experience, you enjoy a challenge, and you want to contribute to the growth of the Newrest Group – then this opportunity is for you. During this year-long program, you will be supported by a mentor who will help you develop your expertise. You will work on various topics such as processes, tools, food safety, and ISO certifications. Your perseverance, commitment, and expertise will lead you to positions such as Quality Manager within a Business Unit. Your geographical mobility and international outlook will be key assets for accelerating your career. Reporting to the subsidiary's QHSE Manager, you will receive training in our business with a view to joining our QHSE teams in France and/or internationally in the medium term. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish, maintain, and develop a QHSE management system that complies with group standards and contracts signed with our clients. Adapt and deploy group QHSE procedures across one or more sites. Train our local staff on QHSE rules. Ensure the proper application of processes, operating procedures, and records. Raise staff awareness of client, regulatory, and legal requirements. Monitor compliance with QHSE rules. Serve as the point of contact for government oversight bodies (SIVAP, etc.), certification bodies, and quality-related service providers. Ensure compliance with ISO standards. Monitor controls and indicators related to QHSE systems. Manage internal and external prevention plans and action plans. Participate in the drafting of site health and safety plans/EVRPs.
Profile
Graduate of an agri-food engineering school
Proficient in standard office software (Word, PowerPoint) and particularly skilled in Excel
Comfortable in a dynamic and structured environment
Respectful of procedures
Adaptable to a multicultural environment
French, English, and Spanish are a plus for career advancement within the Group.
