Newrest is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Programs Supervisor to lead and oversee our Lytx Driver Safety Program across multiple hub locations. This role is essential to supporting Newrest’s commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence within our fleet operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and confident in coaching teams to meet and exceed safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Lytx program dashboards to ensure compliance with Newrest safety standards

• Conduct on-site audits, dock walks, and real-time coaching to identify and correct unsafe behaviors

• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to Newrest leadership

• Manage alert meter compliance and address recurring safety concerns

• Handle all safety data, reports, and video footage with strict confidentiality

• Support incident investigations by providing accurate documentation, reporting, and insights

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in safety program management, driver or fleet safety, or operations oversight

• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, trend analysis, and reporting

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Ability to consistently enforce compliance while maintaining confidentiality

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to fostering a strong culture of safety
