Junior IT Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

The Junior IT Specialist will play an essential role in supporting the company’s technological infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key duties include:

• Hardware Support: Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Network Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and monitoring of network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Software Installation & Configuration: Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications according to user and organizational needs.
• User Support: Provide effective technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
• IT Security Assistance: Support the implementation of security policies and tools to safeguard company data and network integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff, actively engaging in continuous learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Educational background or relevant coursework in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
