We are looking to hire an IT SUPPORT.

Main responsabilities : 

  • Provide technical assistance to employees or customers regarding Hardware Software and Network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via Phone, E-Mail, Chat or in Person.
  • Install configure and maintain Computer Systems, Software, Printers and other IT Equipment.
  • Perform System Updates, Patches and Upgrades.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Monitor IT Systems to identify potential issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Document issues and solutions in Ticketing Systems.
  • Set up Workstations for new employees (Hardware, Software, Accounts).
  • Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
  • Ensure IT security compliance such as applying security policies and monitoring for risks.

Profile

  • LocationMust be located in Frankfurt or near by and be able to travel to various locations (Berlin,Munich)
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
  • Expierence: Previous experience in help desk or technical support is preferred. 
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, Strong communicaton skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of remote support Tools (TeamViewer, RDP, Anydesk)
