  • Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…

You will report directly to the production manager:
  • Assist in planning,organizing and supervising daily production activities
  • Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non-food services according to client specifications.
  • Verify service trays for compliance with airline and customer requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene and manufacturing standards (HACCP, FIFO, GMP, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following the established cleaning schedule.
  • Estimate daily team needs (staffing, materials, and equipment) and communicate them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in a production Environment, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
  • Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures (training provided if necessary).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required.
  • Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
