Newrest Hellas, a leading name in catering and inflight services in Greece, is looking for a Cook specialized in Chinese cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team in Spata, near the Athens International Airport.

Your Role:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes with care, ensuring flavor, presentation, and consistency.

  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at all times.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and production supervisors to meet daily goals.

  • Keep your workstation organized and contribute to the smooth flow of the kitchen.

  • Bring creativity and attention to detail to every dish you make.

Profile

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent hands-on kitchen experience.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine (restaurant, catering, or hotel).

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.

  • Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

  • Good level of English (Greek will be considered a plus).

  • Previous experience in airline catering or large kitchen production will be valued.
